Your day is spent developing and supervising a team of Fitness Specialists and Personal Trainers while maintaining your own training clientele and administrative responsibilities. Integral to this work is your ability to manage and direct your team in sales and retention of client participation in personal training programs and services.
Your communication style and interpersonal skills are critical to ensure the delivery of superior customer service excellence.
Willingness to be cross-trained in multi operational support of new member sales, service desk as well as fitness business needs
Model behaviors of wiping equipment, properly wearing face mask, hand washing after each training session. Schedule and provide Safe Start and Healthy Start appointments; ensure health history requirements are satisfied
You are directly responsible for achieving and surpassing all fitness department financial revenue growth and activity targets within budget. Additional responsibilities include, not limited to, assisting with center customer service initiatives, providing center Manager-On Duty (MOD) coverage and cohesively working with all departments to achieve overall center objectives.

B.S. in Exercise Science, Management or related field, preferred, 5 or more years’ experience as a Certified Personal Trainer; Supervisor in an educational, fitness or professional setting with proven sales leadership and accountability to the bottom line approach to business.
Current certifications in CPR/AED and nationally renown, personal training organization (NSCA, ACSM, NASM).
Computer literacy with Microsoft Suite and Internet.
