The Service Desk Supervisor overseas the day-to-day operation of the service/front desk, as well as management and supervision of this area.  S/he is directly responsible for achieving financial revenue growth and budget goals. 

The Service Desk Supervisor is responsible for the following:

  • Manages a team of Service Desk Receptionists
  • Ensure general maintenance and cleaning of service/front desk area
  • Provide information and promote Center programs and services
  • Provide immediate, efficient and friendly customer service in person and over the phone
  • Assist with various Center programs and service activities
  • May be asked to assume Manager on Duty shifts

Previous experience in within fitness, health and wellness industry is preferred.  Ideal candidate will have experience in revenue generation, expense management and new program development.

Part time position 20 hours/wk.
